After a £1million investment the 100 stations of new techno gym equipment have been installed in the fitness centre.

The fitness areas are now split into 5 zones:

Stretching and core work has never been more accessible in this new area; it includes 4 brand new stretching machines and a kinesis machine which provides a freer movement which therefore provides a more challenging workout. There are also new Swiss balls and medicine balls to accompany these machines.

There are 3 new cable stations which allow you to strengthen both upper and lower body muscles.

New resistance machines for both upper and lower body

4 sets of cardio equipment, including treadmills, wave machines, cross trainers and exercise bikes make the overall workout easier and more enjoyable.

Brand new free weight area

100 new lockers have also been installed.
