After the £6.2m redevelopment completed in June 2011, Dulwich Leisure Centre now offers the local community a 100 workout station gym and 25 metre pool all beautifully restored with its Victorian features.

The centre offers a wide range of over 60 fitness classes each week including - Body blast, Pilates, yoga, Salsa exercise and Zumba. In addition there is a Silver Active gym and pool programme for the over 60s, parent and child Pilates and a crèche open from Monday to Saturday.

The new 100 workout station gym was the first leisure centre in the UK to be fitted with the new Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment which includes integrated digital TV screens to 68 channels. The equipment also includes the Virtual Trainer facility which enables users to save time at the gym to choose their workout before they arrive and download it to the equipment via a USB stick.

Facilities also include a 25 metre swimming pool with lessons, classes, pool parties, inflatables and women only sessions.
