Highbury Pool & Fitness Centre has a 110 exercise station gym, two exercise studios and a sauna and steam suite.

The main swimming pool is 25m long x 10m wide, 0.9m to 2m deep and with the water is kept at 28 degrees. At least half the pool is available for lane swimming throughout the hours of opening.

There is good disabled assess with a pool hoist. There is a dedicated disabled changing room and toilet.

Personal training in the gym and one-to-one sessions in the pool are available at extra cost.
