Thamesmere Leisure Centre offers a comprehensive range of fitness facilities and activities.

The gym and fitness room houses about 40 exercise stations combining Cardiovascular and resistance equipment in addition to the innovative 'powerplate'.

Instructors are in hand to offer personalised advice on fitness programming issues in order that you can work towards and achieve your personal goals.

Additionally 18 group excerise classes take place each week ranging from Pilates to belly dancing!

The above are complimented by a 25 m swimming pool and a smaller teaching pool. So you can unwind after your workout or integrate swimming into your workout routine.
