Waltham Forest Pool and Track has a Wellness fitness centre that is designed for the ultimate exercise environment, it has air conditioning and holds 50 stations.

It also has a studio which holds 40 people for those who enjoy working out with others. In addition there is a 25 metre, 6 lane swimming pool, a small pool and a diving pit with 1m 3m and 5 m diving boards.

Waltham also has an outdoor 400m 8 lane running track.
